Shipping Policy

At Beacon Prints, we’re excited to get your beautifully inclusive products into your hands! Here's what you can expect with shipping:

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we need 2-3 business days to get things rolling (or, in our case, printing). Each roll of wrapping paper is custom printed, so we like to make sure it’s absolutely perfect before we send it on its way!
 
Shipping Time:  After printing, your order will ship and should arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). So, you can expect your package in about 7-10 business days total after ordering.

Lost Orders: We understand that waiting can be hard! But please allow a full 10 business days from the shipping date before you report your order as lost. If it's still MIA, don’t worry – we’ll track it down or make it right. Just reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Return Policy

Our goal is to make you smile, even if something didn’t go as planned. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis because every situation is unique – just like you! Here’s how it works:

If There’s a Problem: Whether your wrapping paper showed up a little crumpled (oh no!) or the colors didn’t turn out as vibrant as you expected, we’ll make it right. Simply shoot us a message, and we’ll work together to find a solution that leaves you feeling happy.
